Delivery Information 

All my jewellery is handmade. Once receiving your order, I re-energise the jewellery and empower it to work for the highest good of the wearer before packing and shipping.  Due to this, I need some time. I aim to dispatch orders placed via this website as soon as possible, but please note this could take up to 7 working days.  

Commissioned pieces and special customer requests will take longer.  

Also many of my pieces feature natural materials, precious/semi-precious stones etc. Colours and markings will naturally vary slightly from piece to piece.  

For the UK, shipping is free of charge via Royal Mail Signed For or Next Day Special Delivery.   

For outside of the UK, shipping is generally via Royal Mail International Signed. This service is usually not trackable.  

When you choose Graceful Encounter jewellery instinctively, it means healing energy of the particular piece is meant for you.  Also some jewellery I make has only a limited quantity.  If you would like to make sure that your order will arrive securely and avoid disappointment of it being lost in shipping and not being replaceable, I recommend to choose the trackable post service.  This is especially so, if delivery situations in your country are not stable.

Speed of the delivery for international orders is not something I can influence.  

Any import duty or taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are strictly customer responsibility.  

Most items will be carefully packed in a beautiful gift box. A small sachet of dried lavender is enclosed to prevent the jewellery you purchased from absorbing negative energy during delivery.  Please refer to “Packaging” for further details.
